On the West Coast, we know fish. And as one of the last remaining salmon & tuna canneries in Canada, we’re proud to share wild seafood with those who know what seafood should be.

In addition to producing retail seafood products, we offer custom sport fish processing for fishing lodges, charters, and individual fishers in British Columbia. We also offer commercial co-pack services for domestic and international producers.

Our online and B.C. retail stores feature the very best wild smoked salmon, candied salmon, albacore tuna, smoked oysters, and hand-packed canned seafood on the the west coast.

We also produce specialty products such as marinades, red pepper jelly, spice mixes, and antipasto–and our ornate gift baskets and wooden gift boxes are popular year-round gifts which include a wide range of our gourmet seafood products.
