We take Vancouver Island-bred oysters and smoke them with natural hardwood smoke in-house in Nanaimo.     I’ve been wanting to try smoked oysters from near where I live for years. Holyyy- these are the best smoked oysters I’ve ever had! So tender, perfectly smoked, not swimming in oil like the ones from China. Perfect!! Please never stop selling these! You have a lifelong customer!
