How it's made
Wild salmon is hand cut and smoked in our own smokehouse. It is then packed in retort pouches and heat to hermetically seal the fish and ensure preservation
Ingredients: Wild sockeye salmon, sugar, salt, natural hardwood smoke.
How to prepare
Our fish is ready to eat right out of the pouch and a convenient addition to any meal: add to your pasta, salad or sushi bowls.
This is a non-perishable (Dry) product and ships separately from frozen.
