Materials

  • Fresh salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary

Instructions

  • Rinse salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry.
  • Season fillets with salt and pepper.
