How it's made
Wild salmon is hand cut and smoked in our own smokehouse. It is then packed in retort pouches and heated to hermetically seal the fish and ensure preservation.

How to prepare
Remove the salmon from the pouch and drain the liquid. Place it on a plate. Enjoy the salmon on its own as a snack or add it to your favorite recipes. Excellent flavour, lots of juice in the package to flake in with the salmon to get the texture you’re looking for. Perfect on crackers and cheese with candied jalapeños. Will order again.

We have been getting candied salmon from you for a long time, but when we would send our own fish to you, they would prepare the candied salmon in strips and it was a little more moist. However, when you dip this prepared salmon in the liquid of the pouch, you get a similar result – we love it! The packaging is beautiful, too! It makes one feel we are receiving a genuine product.
