HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CARD
Step 1: Check your email. All Gift Card codes are sent to your email. If no email is showing, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder
Step 2: Add your desired items to cart
Step 3: Follow check-out steps
Step 4: Enter your Digital Gift Card code in the Gift Card box in the payment section (Don’t forget to click Apply!)
Alternate Method: If you have an account you can add your Gift Card in the gift card section of your account page.

- Our Digital Gift Cards do not expire and will not depreciate in monetary value over time.
- You can use it all at once, or a little at a time – whatever floats your boat!
- If You Have a St. Jean’s Account: Once you enter your gift card information, the remaining balance will be visible the next time you shop so you don’t forget to use it
- If You Don’t Have a St. Jean’s Account: To use any remaining balance on your Gift Card, all you have to do is re-enter your Gift Card code at the checkout and apply to remaining balance.
- Our Digital Gift Cards are only valid when shopping from our non-perishable online store and are not valid at any of our physical retail locations or our frozen seafood website frozen.stjeans.com.
