HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CARD

Step 1: Check your email. All Gift Card codes are sent to your email. If no email is showing, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder

Step 2: Add your desired items to cart

Step 3: Follow check-out steps

Step 4: Enter your Digital Gift Card code in the Gift Card box in the payment section (Don’t forget to click Apply!)

Alternate Method: If you have an account you can add your Gift Card in the gift card section of your account page.

1. Our Digital Gift Cards do not expire and will not depreciate in monetary value over time.
2. You can use it all at once, or a little at a time – whatever floats your boat!
   1. If You Have a St. Jean’s Account: Once you enter your gift card information, the remaining balance will be visible the next time you shop so you don’t forget to use it
   1. If You Don’t Have a St. Jean’s Account: To use any remaining balance on your Gift Card, all you have to do is re-enter your Gift Card code at the checkout and apply to remaining balance.
3. Our Digital Gift Cards are only valid when shopping from our non-perishable online store and are not valid at any of our physical retail locations or our frozen seafood website frozen.stjeans.com.
