Wild salmon is hand cut and smoked in our own smokehouse. It is then packed in retort pouches and heat to hermetically seal the fish and ensure preservation

      I have been dealing with St Jean’s since the late 70’s when Armand had the cannery on Stewart Ave.
      I was concerned when his son sold, BUT, it is still the best quality!
