How it's made
Wild salmon is hand cut and smoked in our own smokehouse. It is then packed in retort pouches and heated to hermetically seal the fish and ensure preservation.

Ingredients: Wild Pink Salmon, golden yellow sugar, salt, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat), garlic powder, curry powder, black pepper, natural hardwood smoke.
How to prepare
Our fish is ready to eat right out of the pouch and a convenient addition to any meal: add to your pasta, salad or sushi bowls.

We’re surrounded by ‘wild’ on Vancouver Island: forests, mountains, and the ocean. It should be no surprise, then, that we source the best wild salmon for our smokehouses. Since 1961, we’ve smoked Pacific Northwest seafood using only natural hardwood smoke as part of our St. Jean family recipes.
