St. Jean’s cold-smoked wild Albacore tuna lox is a moist and richly flavoured delicacy that is usually sliced thin before serving. We fillet the fish before cold-smoking it in our hi-tech smokehouse, and the end result? Outstanding tuna like you’ve never tasted before! Those who like tuna, like it as lox. Pre-sliced 113g vacuum packed.

    1. Tuna and salmon cold smoked is delicate and mellow in taste. We have had
You both from St. Jeans and I give the product 5 stars. A fresh bagel, cream cheese , red or sweet onion, and of course capers and the fish (lightly toast the bagel) make a perfect brunch. As I have done a lot of sport fishing in BC the only fish I like a smidge better than Sockeye cold smoked is Northern Coho. You will enjoy their product. John Clarke. Ladysmith
