How it's made
Wild salmon is hand cut and smoked in our own smokehouse. It is then packed in retort pouches and heated to hermetically seal the fish and ensure preservation.

Wild Pink Salmon, golden yellow sugar, salt, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat), garlic powder, curry powder (mustard), black pepper, natural hardwood smoke. Contains: Fish, Wheat, Soy, Mustard.
