How it's made
Our albacore tuna is wild-caught off the pristine waters of the Pacific Ocean. Once caught, the fish are immediately processed to preserve their freshness. We hand-pack each can to ensure the highest quality and then seal it to lock in the natural flavors. Our unique canning process eliminates the need for added water or oil, giving you pure, delicious tuna.

How to prepare
Our canned albacore tuna is ready to eat straight from the can, but if you’d like to enhance your meal, here are some suggestions: Tuna Salad: Mix with mayonnaise, chopped celery, and your choice of herbs. Tuna Pasta: Add to cooked pasta along with olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan. Tuna Sandwich: Layer tuna, lettuce, and tomato between slices of your favorite bread. Tuna Stir-fry: Sauté with vegetables and serve over rice or noodles.

I only buy this tuna as I know how and where it came from and how it is handled. Most fish is cleaned in Thailand and has been cleaned under dirty and unsanitary conditions.
