It is really a candy not a jerky, that good. The sweetness makes this jerky extraordinary and the taste is not overwhelming, makes you very satisfied. Fabulous snack!
Great service, was a gift .
I enjoyed the Gratitude Candied salmon. Also says salmon jerky but it is not as dry as jerky. It is how I remembered it when I lived on Vancouver island and bought fresh from the deli. Will order again.
