How it's made
Wild salmon is hand cut, ground and pressed flat. It is then smoked in our smokehouse and cut into strips.

Minced wild chum and/or pink salmon, Organic sugar, Sea salt, Canola oil (non GMO), Yeast extract, Black pepper, Curry, Garlic, Natural hardwood smoke.

But a little pricey…
I thought I had Christmas conquered! !!! Then my husband tried the smoked salmon jerky. Now I have to start over. The good news is I am sure it will be a hit. 😋
I buy it for my husband,who loves it.It is a favourite snack.
Love the flavour. One of the better salmon jerkies I’ve had. The initial texture isn’t the best but still very enjoyable. One of my go-to salmon jerkies.
This is a great way to carry some salmon for a snack. Strong smell of salmon opening the bag, while taste is not as fishy! I really enjoyed eating this with some hot sauce. Eating it alone is also quite enjoyable.
