Smoked our salmon a couple years ago, delicious. Tried the smoked oysters today, the best I’ve ever had. I know the mussels will be the same. Also bought the butter clams for clam chowder, Kim will whip it up when it gets a bit cooler. St. Jeans, the best.
Ordered the six pack of smoked oysters and smoked mussels. Used some of the mussels on a seafood pizza (after tasting them of course). Served the smoked oysters on small blinis with a “Heavenly” horseradish sauce made on PEI. Both the oysters and the mussels were delicious. Flavour was far superior to what I can buy in the grocery stores.
Ordering and delivery went very smoothly. I won’t hesitate ordering again in the future. Highly recommend the quality of the products and St. Jeans Cannery.
