What people are sayingA few kind words from seafood lovers around the world
Always good. That’s why I keep coming back. Thanks.
I received 24 cans of your smoked albacore tuna this week. It just so happened that I went to the mailbox and there was a key in my box so that I could retrieve your delivery from the compartment below. I have one of those community mailboxes so the product was not delivered to my doorstep. This means that the product could have sat in this metal box for days, as I do not check my mail daily. 'cause it's a metal box the heat that the tuna cans could be exposed to might be exceptionally high, perhaps even in the 40°C range. The Google response to the concern of the cans being exposed to this type of temperature is as follows; “The high heat in a car won't breach the commercial sterilization process. However, extreme temperatures can degrade the flavor, texture, and nutritional value.” My suggestion is that there should be a tracking option. This way I would know when they were delivered and I would be able to retrieve them in a timely manner.
The other concern I have is that two of the cans were dented. I don't think it's a big issue, but I think they were dented before being put into the box and were missed when being packaged. I assume your quality control would be that any cans dented would not be shipped. I don't believe they were dented during shipment, as none of the other cans were dented and there was no damage to the box. I haven't opened up any of the cans yet, but the product is always top notch, I trust that they will be fine.
Love your selection of seafood. Easy to use order form. and- timely delivery! Thank you!
Great selection and prompt service.

Seafood For Your PetsNature's Best Food from Canada's West Coast
After crafting gourmet wild seafood products for seafood fans for more than 60 years, we had a ‘Eureka!’ moment: our pets deserve the outstanding flavour and nutrition from wild seafood, too!
This notion gave birth to Healthy Shores, the new pet food division of St. Jean’s Cannery. Just like the seafood for our human friends, the seafood ingredients for our pets are locally-sourced, Ocean Wise-recommended for sustainability, and traceable back to the fisher who caught them.
